dove products breakfast selection friendly staff
the dove products were available in the bathroom. the breakfast offered a great selection. the staff from reception to the breakfast area were friendly. i especially enjoyed the kindness displayed by the staff during breakfast service
the water in the swimming pool looked torbid. it was not as clear as i would have expected. this affected the overall experience of using the pool area

an adequate stay with issues
damaged blinds awkward chair placement
the location was acceptable, near the park entrance.
The room felt quite outdated. The window blinds were damaged and did not work properly. the placement of the single chair in the bedroom was also in an awkward spot, it seemed like an afterthought. i believe we overpaid for the room. the hotel needs updating.

crowded breakfast small pool space
the hotel location was fine but i found a couple things not so good. the breakfast area was really crowded. there were long lines to get food and its not so fun. the pool was smaller than i had hoped. it didn't really have much space for lounging.

park access great selection friendly staff quiet room
The hotel is very close to the park entrance, so access was easy. The breakfast selection was great. Staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were genuinely friendly and kind. My room was quiet, and I heard no noise .
There were not enough restaurants on site, made dining a bit difficult.

cinnamon rolls local trails
the breakfast was awesome, especially the cinnamon rolls. the front desk staff helped me find local hiking trails. the room included a usb point near the bed, very convenient. i liked the shower it had a rainfall showerhead.
the pool area was a bit small, it only had four seats and no loungers, making it hard to relax after a long hike.
